Foundational Class
We begin our journey with 4-5 days of foundational
baking courses. This class gives a head start to the student as they begin baking for the first time. It gives them a boost and helps them to get comfortable for the courses ahead.
Semi-Master Class
The semi-master class is an extension to the celebration cake module and covers over cakes. You will learn garnishing and topping skills that will take your cake decorations to the next level.
Master
Class
You will learn the skill of constructing great designer cakes with our master cake course. You will learn everything from piping methods to fondant work to putting together a three-tier wedding cake.
