About Me

 Our baking classes journey was started in 2016 by Nitu Singh with a childhood passion for baking is now a renowned expert chef who has command of 10 years of unbeatable experience and expertise. Her interest in baking started when she was young. She is pursuing her career in baking at FRESH BAKE itself. She founded the Fresh Bake institute, located at Dwarka, Delhi which provides hand-on practice and home baking training to all the enthusiasts who loves to bake and stands as a one-stop solution for all cake concerns. There is no formal education required to be a baker. Our culinary baking course can make you a quality baker and will help you get established.

Till now we have taught to more than 1000 students and all of them are doing great as home bakers from home or have opened bakery shops or are working as a chef in different bakery shops.

Passionate and innovative baker with 10+ years of experience applying trusted and modern baking techniques to create cakes, Proper mixing, muffins,  cookies ,pastries, Pies and tarts, Cake Icing , Chocolate decorating , breads, decorating techniques, fondant cakes  and  more.
